Brains and heart, elegance and simplicity, softness and fire, you could say that I’m a study in contrasts… I think I’m simply the sum of life experiences gained across cultures, continents, and environments.
I grew up in a small french-speaking town far enough outside of Montreal, in the land of snowy winters and joie de vivre. I felt the urge to spread my wings early on in life and eventually landed in Vancouver where I’ve resided for the past many years. I've lived in multiple countries, obtained a Master's degree from a leading European business school, and traveled extensively for business and pleasure. I speak French, English, and passable Spanish. My German is sadly down to a dozen words. And yes, you’ll be delighted when my French accent makes an appearance!
I had a successful corporate business career in the tech sector and now work as an independent consultant. This keeps me busy but affords me flexibility and time for companionship, including dinner dates, fly me to you (FMTY) and fly me with you (FMWY) adventures!
At 5'5" and 122 lbs, I'm slender with curves in all the right places. My long chocolate brown hair, almond-shaped brown eyes, high cheekbones, plush lips, and light golden skin give me somewhat of an exotic look, so I'm told! While my entrance is usually noticed, it’s for my elegance and self-assured beauty, not for an obvious “working girl” look. SOME OF MY INTERESTS
I’m health-conscious but not a fanatic. Fitness and good nutrition are part of my routine but I’m fundamentally an epicurean. I have a curious and well-developed palate, so you can count on me to try (almost) anything! I love sharing a special meal in great company, and I’ll always be keen to arrange a dinner or lunch date for us. I’ve been known to pause and close my eyes when I savour something particularly flavourful… oysters, a carefully crafted dish, a perfect Vesper, a decadent french cheese, even authentic Quebec poutine!
My favourite activity is dance. It’s a true passion of mine. I take lessons in “heels dance” (a fusion of cabaret, burlesque, jazz, latin, and street style) and I perform a few times a year. I also do yoga and I love spending time walking around the city or the beach with my dog.
To feed my brain outside of work, I enjoy an eclectic mix of podcasts and readings about psychology, alternative lifestyles, personal growth, innovation, technology, and business.
And like many people, I enjoy traveling. I’ve been fortunate to travel extensively: roughing it in Southeast Asia, watching the F1 in Barcelona, walking on Mount Etna, catching shows in London, surfing in San Diego, visiting chateaux in the Loire Valley, lounging at a Mexican resort, and kayaking in the Caribbean, to name a few. I’m an easy-going traveler, and I don’t require a semi-trailer just for my makeup! Perhaps we can escape somewhere together?
